Day 1: Arrival in Saigon
Arrival in Saigon . Meet at the airport and transfer to our centrally located hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure till enjoy a welcome dinner.

Day 2: Excursion to Mekong Delta: Boat trip on river canal & floating market (Lunch on fruit garden)
We leave Saigon after breakfast for a scenic drive to the watery world of the Mekong Delta Vietnam most fertile region and the source of a large amount of the country fresh food. On arrival, we take a boat trip along the narrow waterways, overhung with dense vegetation and try exotic fruit in one of the orchards.
For lunch we sample local delicacy anElephan Ear fish. Continue taking a boat trip to fruit orchards and Cai Be floating market which offer great insight into the daily lives of the locals along the rivers and canals. On our way back to Saigon, we stop to visit Vinh Long market with a 30-minute walk around.

Day 3: Saigon sightseeing fly to Danang, transfer to Hoian ancient town
A morning city tour of bustling Saigon. We explore Saigon grand boulevards, passing famous sites such as the former President Palace, the Old Saigon Post Office, the Notre Dame Cathedral. Continue to visit the War Remains Museum where we can learn a lot about the Vietnam War.
In the afternoon, we are free for a walking tour around Dong Khoi st. (formerly Rue Catinat) and Le Cong Kieu st., two of Saigon most famous street or shopping in Ben Thanh market until transfer to the airport for 1-hour flight to the central coastal city of Danang. Upon arrival, we transfer to the ancient port town of Hoian. Check in and free at leisure.

Day 4: Hoian sightseeing and at leisure
Today we take a walking tour of the ancient town of Hoian, a port town since the 10th century. We walk narrow lanes to visit old merchants houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the coloful local markets.
The afternoon is free to browse for souvenirs or hire a bicycle to ride to the nearby Cua Dai beach.

Day 5: Fly to Hanoi: Cyclo ride & Water puppet show
We transfer to Da Nang airport after breakfast for a short flight to Hanoi, the charming capital of Vietnam. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel and enjoy a lunch before spending the half day to discover the city.
We visit the Temple of Literature, was the Vietnam first university and was built in 1070. From here, we enjoy a cyclo ride to the Hanoi Old Quarter with its lively bustling and narrow streets. Leaving the cyclo tour, we walk around the Restored Sword Lake and visit Ngoc Son pagoda. We then enjoy a performance of the unique art of traditional water puppetry.

Day 6: Drive Halong, cursing Halong bay (Lunch on boat)
We leave Hanoi after breakfast for 3-hour drive to the World Heritage listed Halong Bay - a natural wonder with thousands of islands rising out of the water, creating a unique and beautiful landscape. On the way, we see the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta, the scenery of ricefields, and daily Vietnamese village life. We have a shortbreak en route at Hong Ngoc, where we have time for a drink and see local people manufacturing different kinds of handicrafts.
On arrival Halong city, we get in boat for a fantastic cruise on the emerald green waters of Ha Long Bay (approx. 4 hours). We will enjoy lunch with fresh seafood while having a cool drink before leave the boat to see the Heavenly Palace Grotto and Driftwood cave, one of the highlights around the Bay. Come back boat and return Hanoi in late afternoon.

Day 7: Hanoi Departure
Free at leisure in Hanoi until transfer to the airport for departure or extension.
